  • Source excerpts or images shown in reports: kept for 1 year.
  • Your reports: kept for the period required by legal, financial, or product obligations.
  • Payment and tax records: kept for the period required by legal, financial, or product obligations.
  • Security logs: anonymized after 2 years.
  • Support requests: anonymized after 2 years.
  • Proof that data was deleted: kept for the period required by legal, financial, or product obligations.
